Account information
Registration uses your name, email address, and password. You may also provide a phone number and country. Authentication is handled by Netlify Identity. Your password must not be shared with customer support.
Financial activity and requests
The platform maintains records needed for account functionality, such as USD accounts, transactions, transfers, funding and withdrawal requests, and their processing statuses. Verification workflows may request identity documents or other supporting information.
Support and preferences
Support tickets and their replies are stored so requests can be followed through the Support Center. Account settings, notification preferences, and security activity are used to provide the corresponding account features.
Authentication sessions
The authentication provider uses session information to keep you signed in and authorize protected account operations. Sign out when you finish using a shared device.
Questions about your information
Use the Support Center to raise questions or requests about your account information. You can review and update supported profile fields through account settings.
Policy scope
This overview describes functionality present in the application. A verified company legal identity, jurisdiction-specific privacy notice, retention schedule, and dedicated privacy contact were not supplied with the project. No additional legal or data-retention claims are made here.
